Jennifer Engel Fisher, M.S. is the founder of JEF Consultants, where she advocates for students with disabilities and guides families through the complexities of special education and Section 504 with clarity and compassion. She provides expert witness services in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia, reviewing records, conducting evaluations, and offering recommendations on programming and placement. With specialized training in Orton-Gillingham, OG Plus, Fundations, and Project Read, Jennifer is committed to equity and access for all learners. She is also the co-author of Take Control of Asperger’s Syndrome and Take Control of Reading Difficulties, and a contributing author of School Success for Kids with ADHD.
